June 2018, the client patented all measuring algorithms worldwide, and in September 2018 the MySizeID fashion measurement app was launched in the iOS app store, followed shortly by the release of the Smart Body Measurement SDK for iOS devices.
MySizeID requires specific device functionalities in order to accurately collect measurements.
*iOS – runs on all iPhone devices that were released since 2014 – meaning iPhone 6 and up.
*Android – runs on all Android devices that include Gyro and Accelerometer sensors.
SizeUp uses the Google Vision API to help easily save measurements of objects as images. BoxSize can deliver the following data: User ID, Scanning time, Geotagging, Package barcode, Package dimensions, Taken pictures, Comments, etc.
